We are in for some magic this month. 

The powerful jaguar is a "New World" cat, native to North, Central and South America. The Jaguar is an apex predator and is critical the the health of their extensive range. Jaguars are respected, honored, revered by all peoples who came in contact with them. Ancient Peruvian cultures revered them. The Maya learned that they can communicate between the living and the dead as well as enlisted their protection of the royal household. The Aztecs emulated their power and saw them as the animal totem of the gods.
